WHO WE ARE
We’re a nonprofit organization with one unapologetic mission: to raise the next generation of African leaders through design thinking, value orientation, and purpose-driven learning.
We believe in charity, but more than that we believe in giving young children the perfect toolkit and environment to grow and positively change their community and their continent.
That’s our track record, and we’re just getting started.

This isn’t a curriculum we stole from somewhere else. No, this was built for us, our students, and their challenges.
BRIDGES consists of seven steps that transform young learners into problem solvers and leaders by challenging them to find solutions to the problems they encounter in their communities.

WHO WE SERVE
We operate in spaces that formal education has overlooked, underfunded, or simply never reached, building where community needs are evident. We operate through:
We partner with schools that want more for their students but have less to work with. Our programme doesn’t replace but supplements, bringing design thinking and values-based learning into classrooms that have been running on empty for too long.
Shared spaces, repurposed rooms, and community centres become classrooms when a Local Champion shows up with a BRIDGES workbook and the belief that the young people in front of them are capable of more than they’ve been told.
Churches and mosques already hold the trust of Nigeria’s communities. We work within those relationships — equipping youth groups with the tools to think critically, lead responsibly, and serve their communities with purpose.
We bring the BRIDGES programme into IDP settlements and informal community spaces. Because the most underserved youths are rarely the ones who find their way to a programme, we find our way to them.
OUR AIM
We envision a continent where young people don’t just not wait for opportunities, they design them. This isn’t a projection, it’s a plan. By 2035, we aim to have:
Young people across Africa reached with purposeful, community-based learning
Local Champions trained and certified to deliver the BRIDGES framework in their own communities
Youth-led socio-economic initiatives launched by BRIDGES alumni — real projects, real communities, real impact
PROGRESS
